Hi all,
Recently I've picked up a new programming language and I wanted to run a few analysis/models on interesting datasets. I thought having a csv with a structured dataset of chess games might help. From things like chessbase, is it possible to extract easily the following information?:
Player name
Player date of birth
Player rating
Score
Time control
Color
Date of game
etc.
With that I was thinking I'd run a few models where, for example, I could analyse things like relationship between player age and the expected rating change in the next 12 months etc. I could later share the results with some nice visualisation :)
Let me know pls if anyone knows how to do it :)
