When do you start playing titled players

There is the warm up for the Lichess Titled Arena, which you can join and have a chance to play against a titled player.
And there are simuls where you can play against GM, IM, FM, CM, NM

Also some teams host simuls with titled players so you are almost guaranteed a game with them. I organised one in my team yesterday with an NM, and I plan to organise more in the future so you can dm me for details if you want. Hope this helps.
