Offering draw many times

#10 Is there any circumstance where a player wouldn't double-click the button?
Is it what you think it is? A double click auto-offers a draw on every turn while enabled. I'd never double click except in that exact situation of a time scramble. Otherwise I'd like to reassess the move after turn passes before offering it again!
Maybe a draw offer should just be a little bit more annoying to the one who offers it.
There could be a counter for each game and it would show messages depending on the amount of draw offers made already.

The first draw offer would just be like now.
The second/third would show a dialogue: "Do you want to offer a draw again?"
And the fourth/fifth would ask like: "Do you really want to offer a draw again?"
From the sixth time it could show: "Do you really expect your opponent to accept?" YES "Well I don't think so... Still proceed?" YES "Well, your choice. But you have to click one more time on yes." YES "Sorry, I meant twice." YES
With an Increasing amount of dialogues that have to be confirmed.

The majority of people (say 90% ) will play on to win on time in time scramble.
Time is part of the game and even I say that, although I often lose on time.

Yeah, in general, repeated draw offers only come up if someone shows stupid behaviour. When one player wants to play on, the other one accepts and realizes that. For example:
You have the worse position in a rook ending, but it's objectively drawn.
You offer a draw and your opponent refuses it.
Then the polite thing to do in this instance is to wait until the position has changed that much, that what your opponent might have been hoping/playing for has disappeared and it's still drawn.
This is an example:
I didn't play perfectly but it was good enough for the draw (I was white)

So when fighting against repeated draw offers, we're not only focusing on dicks with irritating behaviour, but also on people who just don't get it (which is, sometimes, the same).
There should be just a limit to how many draws you can offer in a game in a space of a certain number of moves. I was playing now against a weaker player that started offering me draw like crazy the moment he lost a pawn. It is really distracting, and he would not stop, every move.
"Is there anyway to disable draw offer from appearing on the screen?"

That would be nice because draw offers are distracting when I'm trying to think. The way it is now I have to block these people but then it's too late.
