in 1981 i went to my school chess lesson and my chess teacher said i want to play you, i said right and got a board out and she said no over here and refused to play me on a side table instead beconing me to a board in the middle of the room set up(possibly for a camera). I could hear voices coming from two ear pieces she unusually had in(she was young so had no reason for hearing aides), and when we played she made a move just after a voice said something. After i beat her with a 9 move 17 ply combination she resigned and said bloody hell you just beat korchnoi one on one, it was a 45 0 we had clocks. I thought she was just joking and thought nothing of it at the time but that very night on the news i saw that nigel short had just drawn against korchnoi in a simul and it was big news and when i discovered that korchnoi had toured schools in 1981 playing 9 yo i was 9 yo at the time of the event so it got me thinking-did i really beat Korchnoi like the teacher said?

Poor Nigel.

"We're only making plans, for Nigel. We only want what's best for him."

Maybe someone should have helped Nigel make plans, so that he wouldn't come up short. See what I did there? ;)
i must said while my performances have on paper been poor since my return to chess in 2007 ie my fide is only 1489 elo and ecf is only 1616 but the players i play against mostly have assistance and ae underated by a factor of 2 ie 1500 are 3000 rated computers. For some reason i am banned from playing humans in proper human vs human play.

Why do you think FIDE banned you from human vs human play?
maybe because they suspected i was using some kind of assistance
My chess career, started playing online in about 2010 I think as an alternative to 1c/2c poker. I loved poker, and it was hours of entertainment for only a $100/year in loses, but was always concerned about developing a gambling addiction.

after a random youtube video appeared on my timeline of GM dlugy playing against trickymate, I thought I would give chess a go. I really liked watching dlugy play and was sad about the controversy some years later.

I found out chess was hard, and not as fun as poker, but, was a suitable alternative.

my proudest achievement is I've never lost a game of chess against a grandmaster or a super grandmaster or even the world's number 1.

i in no way want to have a go at nigel or am i trying to embarress him. He is a strong chess player and id liken it to the 6-0 drubbing of petrosian by fischer in respect to petrosian being a strong player although that was a much higher achievement of course by fischer, than mine.
