It happened to me several times lately. Anyone knows if it is a bug, and if it'll be fixed?

There should be skip button.
I played a puzzle and a phone, failed it, then completed it and when I came to my PC the same puzzle showed up again.

Adding a skip button would defeat the whole purpose of a spaced repetition system. Just get the puzzle right two or three times and you won't see it again.
#4 is right, it gets repeated multiple times in increasing intervals. That's what spaced repetition is.
Ok, but in my case, the first time I did solve the puzzle, so I can't see why solving that again...
Well today I got one puzzle again even after I have solved it just few hours earlier.
So not even system doesn't make any sense, it doesn¨t even work.
