Thats not possible as then the percentage would change in 5% steps. Plus anyways if this number is an indicator of the general behaviour of the user than lot bigger samples should be used.

i think it is 30 games.
My completion rate was 97.
I got 1 guy who aborted on me and one game did not have the chess board so i lost in 3 moves. Went to 93. (100 -3,3 -3,3 =93)
Why did it jump to 93.
Short game finished in 3 moves or the guy who aborted me on move 1.

Could be that. This just confirms that something is wrong with the calculation. As a sidenote: I guess 30 games is way to less to calculate a number like this as this is an indicator of the general attitude of the player. As a bare minimum it should 100, but 500 would be even better.

Could it be that games dropped by your opponents also go into the number? Because they're not completed as well?

In my last 30 games I had
1 game aborted (by me)
1 game ended with timeout (opponent ran out of time)
1 game ended because opponent left
My completion rate is 93% now.
