I recently created a chapter to one of my studies, in the chapter of my study I accidentally was making moves as a sub variation (so for example, on move 5, i changed my move, so now all of the moves were showing up as a sub variation to the actual game). So the game was 5 moves long, but the sub variation (which is the actual game) is 43 moves. I pressed analyse and it analysed the 5 moves. I realized what had happened and i promoted the sub variation to the main variation. Now I have no way of analyzing the game. It is stuck with a checkmark on the analyzed game area but it is not analyzed. see the screenshot.
