I have noticed that for some reason i only get tactic puzzles way beneath my rating even when i switsch the difficulty to the hardest. At present my tactics rating is around 2460 and i only get around 1700-1800 puzzles and very rarely i get 2000-2100 puzzles. This would be fine and all but it leads to a very easy solving expierience yet also makes it almost impossible to climb in rating. To put this in contrast, today i solved around 30 puzzles correctly and failed 1 which in total gave me around 6 points rating... very frustrating
@bananarage Just solve a few more puzzles and the rating will be more balanced
hey thanks for the reply! however i dont think it is due to provisional rating sinnce ive played around 200 tactics since the new version was released. my rating is quite stable so far but i think the problem is with the tactics i am given, meaning the puzzles I face are not in my rating range, I could be wrong though
You can select a general difficulty for puzzles. Are you doing already the hardest ones?
I'm working on better distributing puzzles to high-rated players. It will become much better in the next days.

I just made some changes and it should already be a lot better now. At least you shouldn't get any puzzle rated under 2178.
It will take a few more days for high rated puzzles to stabilize.
