Observation: So many players love simuls. Luckily many great players give simuls. Unfortunately, many simuls show lack of professional behaviour (mostly by lower rated players).
Hence it would be great to have:
1. A documentation how a lichess simul should be conducted. E.g. a) welcome message b) show start condition in time and players
2. A rating of the player if he is a proper simul player
3. A timeout for simuls (if the host never reacts in the chat or starts) as e.g. 15 minutes.
I am sure there are tons of more good ideas out there

P.S: The simul de.lichess.org/simul/kBHdTpFq from renan rais is sticky in the 'running' block if I call the simul page although it was finished days ago!
