How do you become an MG or Bot. What are they first of all?

not sure what MG is, but theres a section about bots in the FAQ

Ann Sothern became a 1928 Porter. Not sure how to become an MG though.

I hope in future they add title like this:
Ultra Extra Special Giga Mega Super Grand Master.
