Would this be a draw?

Would this game ended in a draw by not enough material if I had taken the pawn?

Why should it be a draw? Answer without using the word „forced“.

Who are you to determine how I should answer lol . For being a titled player you obviously don't know the FIDE rules...
The topic on whether games are a draw or a loss after one player’s time has run out isn’t really new.
In the position posted above it should still be a win for Black, as (for example) bKh3, Ne2 and Nf2 could checkmate the white king on h1.

Such a position can never be reached by force, but this is immaterial – it would be possible to reach such a position, therefore Black should still have won.
One point of interest is that if White's pawn had been back on g3 instead of on g5, the pawn securely blockaded by one of the knights, then Black would actually have been able to force mate although it might possibly have taken more than 50 moves to do so, meaning the 50-move rule might save White. The presence of a pawn behind the Troitsky line means that the defender's stalemate defence in the pure K+N+N vs K ending doesn't work.
