Anti-reti any good?

Hello, I saw a game between 2 GM and black play e5 against the reti opening. Why? Just why?
Not sure, I never watch the top game live. Maybe you can go back in your comp history and find it. or also maybe you remember the name of one of the players
Apparently it's the Ross Gambit - there are a handful of games in the Masters DB on Lichess in Opening Explorer if you want to look.
@HumbleFrench I play Reti when I want to confuse my opponent about my next move.there is only 2 type of players either d4 or e4 . I'm a d4 player by playing nf3 first my opponent will have to guess what is my next move.GM play e5 because if you don't know exactly what to do then just go for the center first. Controlling the center is the main Idea for a positional player.and also by playing e5 first you always have an option to push the pawn next move to develop with a tempo. You simply can't take that free pawn against a GM which is must be know what he is trying to do
@TheRazor01 1) It is a blunder not to take the pawn 2) There are not only d4 and e4 players, you forgot about modern setups and english games.
