I have no opinion on Lichess's forum providing the possibility.
But it's too colorful to me. It would be nice to have the function to disable the emojis from our view. (Let people continue to use them if they like, but hide them for those who doesn't want to see/use it)

Does it mean people find it chess related? Regardless, the Horsey emoji is a funny touch from Lichess :D

It's not possible to disable reactions, but if you prefer not to see them, you can do this with a "user style".
1. Install the Stylus browser extension.
2. Create a new style that applies to URLs starting with lichess.org/forum with these contents:
