Lost against a player with bishop only

Thank you for the answer guys. All clear. But I was playing for a long time and I was still sure that in this case it's draw.
the opponent has a pawn, which means that you might lose, or if capture the pawn the that is a draw

Yes it's kinda unfair though. The players should be given a draw, but what happens is Lichess believes the game can go on if black promotes.. Even though you wouldn't let that happen I think that's why it call timed out and not a draw.
