Rating point cost to always resign when down a pawn?

If two players have equal chess skill but one player always resigns when down by at least 1 lichess computer analysis eval and the other player never resigns, what would be their lichess rating difference?

Here's a game where black resigns when they see that they lose a pawn by force and eval is like +1.

Probably depends on the ratings of the two players.

If a gm playing a gm is -1 down they will likely lose most of the time anyway, so resigning prematurely in my opinion won't change their rating much.

If a beginner resigns -1 down prematurely they could easily win that game, they could win the game being -8 down. so resigning might affect their rating, but I'm not certain as if their rating is lower than their skill, they will win more games than lose playing against people with an equal rating.
