Can I avoid losing rating points against a cheater?

Hello,

I am playing against a cheater (against Stockfish basically) and I would like to know how I can end the game without losing points. Without having to defeat Stockfish, I mean. Is there another mean?

Thanks!
Yes, but here he is marked during the game, which is not over. I did not lose the points yet but I doubt I will defeat the computer.
In such a case, simply resign. You will not lose any points whatsoever.
#3 That's weird.
In one of my games, Lichess found out that my opponent was cheating and thus made me win by "Cheat detected". I don't know why it didn't happen to you.
Here's the link to the game : http://en.lichess.org/rlZBF0jU2KLd
Thank you for the answers, am I allowed to post the link of the game (and then the nickname of the person) here to check why it is not the same as in your game?

I actually saw that he was cheating, put that on the account of ignorance maybe since some people use chess engines in correspondence elsewhere, proposed him to continue with his own moves, but he did not take that into account and so I reported him myself.
Yes Unihedron, I did that already, but what I don't understand is why the game continues while in the case of Barahir it stopped.
#5,#8; different detection systems, the "cheat detected" is pretty much 100% evidence of cheating in the current game. When a player is marked as a cheater that just means that either lichess or a mod found evidence of cheating in some games, it doesn't mean that he is cheating in the current game. There's some other points about this too, but cba to write them.
But here he is cheating in the current game since he is playing my moves against stockfish in another game which he copies.

I have reported him by sending both links to the games, that is how he was marked as a cheater.
