A little puzzle game V3 (final)

Try to make a legal position where white just ckeckmate black with the most possible legal amount of points between black and white (black being the 'richer') with 4 rules:
-no king can be near a border
-there must be a move that deliver the checkmate so that previous position must be legal too.
-no black or white piece can be placed in a square with number 1, 2 or 3 or with letter e, f, g or h, not even in the previous position of the checkmate (which makes the checker very small)
-all different black pieces must be adjacent by kind, for example the 2 rooks must be adjacent.

There is only one solution.

(I'm sorry to make this a triple thread but I thought that making a new with the proper rules would be better)
You seem to be contradicting yourself a bit. That "most possible amount of points" business doesn't really jibe with the "only one solution" dictum.
I can guarantee there is only one solution tho. There is only one configuration with the most possible amount of points legally possible between black and white if we say black is the richer.
what does "no king can be near a border" mean? no king on the A file and/or 8th rank?
I would definetly love to see this little problem in a video game as a legacy enigma, finding 4 parts of the riddle unlock the rules and when you have all of them you can find the only solution of this problem and unlock the big vault!

borders are outside the board.
I'm sorry I can't edit, I wanted to add : so A file is near the border and D file is not (so the answer to your question is yes)
As an "hint" the 4th rule is only here to narrow down the number of solution from 50 to 1.
If I got it correctly, maybe this is clearer?

Create a legal position where white can checkmate in one, with the largest possible material difference favoring black

- no chessmen may be placed on ranks 1-3 or files e-h
- the kings cannot be placed at the edge of the board (rank 8 or file a)
- all chessmen of the same color must be placed orthogonally adjacent to their kind (e.g. the two rooks must be adjacent)

There is only one solution.
