auto-commentator

Is it possible to get an auto-commentator ? I found it on another chess site and i think it could be a great addition . It could be as funny or as serious as you like. It brings more life to some of the games.

Doesn't dmitlichess announce every move? I thought it did.

It announces almost every move, but only almost.

Dimitri and Maurice have move notation audio missing (mostly captures or uncommon moves at the edge of the board) and they skip announcing moves if they are behind the current game position too much (e.g.: ultra bullet game where the moves are played faster than one can announce them).

I'm thinking of recording some audio and adding a generic move commentator option without funny quotes but my voice/pronunciation is far from a radio announcer

I'm juggling multiple projects but maybe it could be fun to try out github.com/Kyubyong/tacotron speech synthesis?

Thanks for the suggestions but dmitlichess wont unzip from the store or chrome wont load the unpacked app in developer mode . I disabled adblock , turned off avast , no success.
If you have any idea how to install it i welcome it .
