On cheating

There is a commercial program that can play games for as fast as TC 1+0 that uses an engine and would run on most servers even here.

I suspect this is one of the programs that are used by cheaters playing on fast TC.

Hope the developers knew about this and make some attempts to combat it.

There's an engine that does premoves? What's it called?

That is even more dangerous - an engine that pre-moves.

However an engine can ponder, but in this case it would still wait for opponent's move before the ponder move gets executed.
