Where is my mistake?

f6 is a mistake only because c4 is more accurate.

24. f6 g6
25. Qh4 (Qg5 is slightly better) Nc7
26. Qh6 Ne6 (and black's knight saves the black king for a bit)
27. c4 (which is the only way to continue).

c4 was more accurate
Why c4 is more ?? accurate when f6 is thematic logical and no defanse against it?

Explain a bit more...I think Stockfish is wrong simply:)
Stockfish was wrong. On the next move even it starts to change its mind as the evaluation jumps to +9.3.
f6 is a mate in 9 according to another engine. c4 is only about +6 after a few minutes.
I just posted the line up above.

f6 g6 Qh4 Nc7 Qh6 Ne6... what are you going to play next?
The truth is- your approach is simple and easier to see, but by playing c4 first you open up the d-file. And if black ignores it, it loses in every aspect.

By playing f6 first you'll eventually have to play c4 at some point once black's knight is on e6.
Stockfish didn't analyze it thoroughly. f6 is a mate in 12# according to SF itself.

{Stockfish 6 64 POPCNT:} 24. f6 g6 25. Qg5 Nc7 26. Qh6 Ne6 27. Rf4 Qa4 28. Rxa4
d4 29. Bd5 Re7 30. Bxe6 fxe6 31. Qxg6+ Kf8 32. fxe7+ Kxe7 33. Qg7+ Kd8 34. Rf1
dxc3 35. Rf8# {#12/31} *
Hm I let it think a bit more and it's actually a mate in 9 # :D

24. f6 ({Stockfish 6 64 POPCNT:} 24. f6 g6 25. Qg5 Nc7 26. Qh6 Ne6 27. Rf4 Qa4
28. Be4 Qxe4 29. Rexe4 g5 30. Rh4 gxh4 31. Rxh4 Rad8 32. Qh8# {#9/29})
