ughhhhhhh

This month (May), I have a lot of stuff need to do. Examples include competitions, upcoming exams, and so on.I felt quite stressed, and I'm concerned about my performance in them. Can somebody give me some suggestions on how to stop being so stressed? It could be incredibly beneficial for me.

Time-management part and parcel in this case. From my sight of view, i think u should strike a balance between chess and study. U can play chess lateron after the exam, so better get ready for your exam. Good luck!
(I have exam too...)(hopefully i can get a quite great marks)
