new behavior for default new game settings?

It seems like the 'new game'/'create game' actions have new behavior, before it defaulted to what you previously selected in the create game dialog. Now it seems to pick up the settings of the last game you played, which isn't great IMO.

For example I normally create 2+0 games. But if I see a 1+2 game offered and play one, then when I create new games or click on new game after playing the 1+2, now I'm offering 1+2 games. Am I imagining things or is this new?

If you click "new game" at the end of a game, it creates a new game with the time settings of the one you just completed, it has been this way for as long as I have used this Web site (a little more than a year, I think). When you click create a game on the main page, you clarify the time settings you wish.

Ah that. Yeah, it's as #3 said. Don't click 'new opponent' if you don't want to make a game with the same time controls.

Instead click on 'lichess.org' on the top left to go back to the homepage, or just Play>Create a game to make one with the old settings.
