Chess960 rated games

Hi,

I wonder why you can't have rated Chess960 games when playing daily games, only when one plays real-time/live games can you choose rated games. Those who plays standard/classic chess can choose rated games at both real-time/live games and daily correspondence games. Why is this so?

Great question and you beat me to the punch. I wanted to ask the same thing and I’m still wondering why the mods won’t answer this. It’s a simple question that begs an explanation.

The moderators saw this thread. You can now create chess 960 games in rated as an option.

Not for correspondence games (?)
