Hello can anyone help me to spot my mistakes and weaknesses. I keep losing every game and I don’t know why that happens.

There are a few things that I try to keep in mind that help me to improve.
What is my opponent’s threat? What are the forcing moves in the position? = This is the most important part of the thinking process because missing a tactic usually results in a loss. So, always try to be tactically aware, and doing daily puzzles helps to build tactical knowledge. I try to spend 10 minutes every day to just do tactics. They keep my mind fresh and help set patterns that the brain will recognize.
Then, what is my opponent's plan? = Is there a long or short term plan that can help my opponent to get a strategically better position?
What is my plan? = What ideas are there in the position tactically or strategically that I would like to bring to fruition?
What are the candidate moves in the position? = From all this step by step thinking, I can try to think about a set of candidate moves !
